Vibrators for Vaginal Health? The Surprising Truth!

Can a vibrator improve vaginal and sexual health? Yes.

Let’s talk about it.

A healthy functioning vagina is critical for women’s sexual health.

Any hormonal changes like during menopause or postpartum can wreak havoc on vaginal and sexual health. 

Plummeting estrogen levels in menopause affect vaginal tone and interfere with the vagina’s ability to make adequate lubrication for comfortable intercourse.

As the postmenopausal vagina atrophies, it becomes thinner, drier, and shorter.

Therefore, poor vaginal tone can contribute to urinary incontinence. 

Besides making sure your hormone levels are balanced, you can improve vaginal tone through a sexual wellness routine. Direct stimulation to the vaginal tissue can help to improve elasticity, increase collagen production to improve vaginal muscle tone and improve circulation which can enhance orgasmic potential. Practicing a sexual wellness routine a few times a week can improve vaginal atrophy, dryness, low libido, low body confidence and stress.
