Every morning I woke with the same question: What was in the cup? And every morning I began to write. How long until I feel results?
Most people notice increased energy within the first week and better sleep by week three. However, it takes at least 90 days to begin truly optimizing hypothalamic function.
Think of it this way: hypothalamic dysfunction typically develops over years. A good rule of thumb is at least one month of healing for every year you've been out of balance. The 90-day subscription is ideal for experiencing the full depth of what Genesis Gold® can do.
Is it safe with my medications, hormones, or thyroid condition?

How do I take Genesis Gold®? What does it taste like?
Mix one scoop in water and drink every morning — that's it. Shake, don't stir for best results. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating to allow for optimal absorption.
