Yes, my hypothyroid patients use Genesis Gold® with their thyroid hormone replacement therapy (natural desiccated glandular therapies, as well as botanically derived and synthetic thyroid tehrapies) both T4 and T3. I find that, after a few months on Genesis Gold®, we often need to adjust their medication down as they get better cellular uptake of thyroid hormone. Ancient grains are sprouts, not the actual grains, and being such are gluten free. All my autoimmune patients do very well on Genesis Gold® as it helps balance their hypothalamus and thymus, lowering their inflammation and auto-antibody production.
