My Recipe for getting lots done!
It’s best to just plan to do one thing on your list at a time .
Then when that’s completed take a break.
Then do the next thing,
It may be one thing a day,
Or one thing in the morning and one in the afternoon.
The one task will stretch out to fill the time you allot it so limit the time you set for yourself to do each thing.
That’s how I accomplish so much.
You can only take one step at a time.
Your anxiety over not accomplishing it all is fueled by your own self judgement.
So set the bar lower,
Make that height consistently,
Then raise the bar,
It takes two weeks to establish a habit,
Success is not immediate,
Success is a series of tiny tasks done well,
Attention is best spent on the tiny tasks,
Not the overall picture,
Then as you fill in the lines, a whole picture emerges.
